Pricing Disclosure

Effective 2026-05-01 · Version v2.0.0

This page is the plain-English fee schedule referenced by Terms of Service §9B. It exists so every claim on our marketing pages can be checked against a single document. If any other RideAtrium surface says something different, this page wins.

How you pay us

Drivers pay one monthly subscription. The bill scales with the total ride earnings you generated on RideAtrium during that month, through discrete brackets called tiers. That's the entire platform fee — there is no per-ride commission, no booking fee, no surge cut, and no percentage of tips.

Billing happens through Stripe. On the last day of your billing period, Stripe charges your card for the tier that matches your total completed-ride earnings that month. Partial months are non-refundable.

Free trial

Every new driver account gets a 30-day free trial. Your first bill is cut on day 31 at whichever tier matches your day-1-through-30 earnings. Cancel anytime before day 31 with zero charge. The free trial is one-time per account — if you cancel and re-sign up, you rejoin at Tier 1 without another trial.

End-of-month grace credit

Tier boundaries can feel unfair if one extra ride pushes you into the next bracket. If you cross a tier boundary by $30 or less in the final 48 hours of your billing cycle, we auto-credit the tier bump on your next month's invoice. No action needed on your part — you'll see a credit line on your Stripe receipt with the reason attached.

What we do NOT charge

  • 0% per-ride commission. Fares and tips your rider pays flow directly to your Stripe Connect account. RideAtrium takes none of it.
  • No booking fee, no surge fee, no service fee. Your subscription is the complete platform charge.
  • No kickbacks to you for referring riders. We run a driver-referral credit (up to $150 off your subscription — see below), but we do not take a cut of the rides your referrals run and we do not pay you to sign riders up.

Pass-through fees you'll see on your Stripe statement

  • Stripe card processing: 2.9% + 30¢ per successful charge on rider card payments. This is Stripe's fee, not RideAtrium's. We do not add a markup.
  • Stripe payout fees (optional Instant Payouts):1.5% per instant payout if you choose to cash out same-day. Standard (2-day) payouts are free. This is Stripe's fee, not RideAtrium's.
  • Chargebacks: If a rider disputes a charge with their bank, Stripe deducts a $15 chargeback fee from the driver's Connect balance while the dispute is under review. RideAtrium is not a party to the dispute. See Terms of Service §9A.

Driver referral credit

Refer a driver through your unique code. When they complete 30 days of paid subscription (not trial), you receive a $25 credit against your next subscription invoice, up to $150 per year. Credits reduce your Stripe invoice; they are not cash, not transferable, and expire 12 months after issue. Credits are reported on your 1099 if the aggregate crosses the IRS $600 threshold (see ToS §12A).

What triggers a change

If RideAtrium changes a tier bill, adds a new tier, or changes the way earnings map to tiers, we will (a) post the new schedule here with a new version number and effective date; (b) notify every affected driver by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect; (c) require re-acceptance of the Terms on next login.
