RideAtrium Utah Launch · Earnings Guarantee

DRIVEUTAH promo — full terms

Effective April 17, 2026 · Version v1.0.0

This page is the complete agreement covering the DRIVEUTAH earnings guarantee advertised on /drive-utah. It is incorporated into the Driver Agreement by reference for every driver who signs up with the promo code DRIVEUTAH.

§1The promise, in one sentence

If you sign up as a driver with code DRIVEUTAH, actively drive for 30 days under the rules below, complete at least 100 qualifying rides, and your total gross fare earnings across those rides come to less than $500 USD, RideAtrium will refund your first monthly subscription charge to the card on file. That refund is your only remedy under this promotion.

§2Who is eligible

  • You must be a new RideAtrium driver (no prior driver account).
  • You must sign up with the promo code DRIVEUTAH (entered at signup, or by landing on /drive-utah which auto-applies it).
  • Your service state on your Fair Fare rate card must be Utah. We verify this against the rate card you publish in onboarding.
  • You must complete Stripe Connect onboarding (identity verification and bank-account link) within your first 7 days. Refunds can’t be processed otherwise.
  • You must accept the current Driver Agreement and Terms of Service at signup.
  • The first 200 Utah drivers to meet the above signup conditions qualify. After 200, the promo code stops accepting new guarantee enrollments — your $49/mo subscription still applies, just without the refund backstop.

§3What “actively driving” means

RideAtrium drivers run their own reservations through personal booking pages, and accept open-market rides when they go online. Because you run the business, the guarantee only pays when you made a genuine effort to earn. Concretely, across your 30-day guarantee window, you must:

  • Be online and available for rides for at least 40 hours total. Online time is measured by your driver app status and GPS heartbeats — we can tell the difference between sitting at home offline and actually being out driving.
  • Be online at least 15 distinct days out of the 30. You can’t sign up, drive for 2 days, and expect the refund — the guarantee is designed for drivers who consistently try.
  • Maintain an open-market acceptance rate of at least 60% on the ride requests dispatched to you. Cancels initiated by the rider do not count against you.
  • Have your personal booking page published and live for the entire 30 days (profile complete, Fair Fare rates set, photo uploaded).
  • Keep Stripe Connect in active / payouts-enabled state — if it goes into restricted or deactivated status and you don’t resolve it within 72 hours, the guarantee is void.
  • Respond to any rider inbox message within 4 hours during local Utah daytime (7am–10pm MT). We’re not timing bathroom breaks — we’re just ruling out drivers who ignore every rider who books them.

§4What counts as a qualifying ride

For a ride to count toward the 100-ride threshold and the $500 gross total, all of the following must be true:

  • The booking status is COMPLETED at the end of your 30-day window. Cancelled, no-show, or in-progress bookings don’t count.
  • The ride’s pickup was in Utah.
  • The rider and driver are different people — a ride where the “rider” is you, a family member, or someone paying you off-platform doesn’t count. We detect this via shared payment methods, shared device IDs, shared addresses, and other signals.
  • The fare was at or above your published Fair Fare rates. Drivers who set a $0.01 rate to farm ride count don’t qualify.
  • The ride actually moved — distance ≥ 0.5 miles and duration ≥ 3 minutes. Zero-mile “rides” don’t count.
  • No pending rider dispute at the end of your 30-day window.

“Gross fare earnings” means the fare RideAtrium charged the rider (base + distance + time + wait fee), summed across every qualifying ride. Tips, bonuses, and rider-paid tolls are not included in the $500 threshold — tips are yours on top.

§5How the refund works (and when)

  1. On day 31 after your first completed ride, our system runs an automatic audit of your account against every rule on this page.
  2. If you qualify (met all §3 rules, completed 100+ rides per §4, and grossed less than $500 total), the system refunds your first subscription charge to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. We email you when it issues.
  3. If you exceeded $500 gross, the guarantee did its job — you earned more than we promised, no refund is due, you keep the full $500+ you earned.
  4. If you didn’t meet the §3 / §4 thresholds, you receive an email explaining which rule was missed, and no refund is issued. You may appeal once by replying to that email within 14 days with any missing context — a human will review within 10 business days.

§6What voids the guarantee outright

Any of these cancels the $500 guarantee immediately and permanently. We retain your subscription charge as normal.

  • Fraudulent or self-dealing rides (you booking yourself, circular bookings with another driver, fake riders, etc.).
  • Credit-card chargebacks, disputes, or failed subscription payments during the 30-day window.
  • Any violation of the Driver Agreement that results in account suspension.
  • Falsifying ride data — e.g., starting a trip without the pickup PIN by working around the app, entering a PIN you weren’t given, or tampering with GPS.
  • Account deletion or subscription cancellation before day 31.
  • Reassigning your booking page to another driver or letting someone else drive using your account.

§7What RideAtrium does on our side

The guarantee isn’t only about what you do — here’s what you can hold us to during the 30 days:

  • Your booking page stays live and discoverable at rideatrium.com/your-name.
  • We dispatch every matching open-market ride request to online drivers within our advertised service radius, including yours, without de-prioritizing new drivers.
  • We pay you out via Stripe Connect for every completed ride — 100% of fare + tips — with no commission skimmed off. If we’re late on any payout we tell you why.
  • We keep the app operational (driver app + rider app + booking pages) with commercially reasonable uptime. Extended outages that measurably reduce your ride count will be treated as “time didn’t count” and your 30-day window extends by the outage duration.

§8One guarantee per person (and per household)

The DRIVEUTAH guarantee applies to one signup per person, one signup per household, one signup per mailing address, and one signup per Stripe-verified identity. Attempts to enroll multiple times (e.g., via different email addresses or family members’ names) are fraud under §6 and forfeit any refund.

§9Changes and disputes

We may update this page only for drivers who sign up after the update is posted. The terms you agreed to at signup are the terms that govern your guarantee — we can’t raise the bar mid-stream.

All disputes about the guarantee are handled first by email (support@rideatrium.com) within 14 days, then per the arbitration clause in the Terms of Service. This promo is offered in the state of Utah and governed by Utah law.
