The 7-tier ladder

Tier up only when your monthly gross justifies it.

Every tier unlocks every feature. The only thing that changes is what you pay — and that’s decided by how much you actually grossed that month. Effective rake drops from 19.7% at the bottom ceiling to 4.4% at the top.

Common questions

Four answers, in plain English.

How are the tiers calculated?
Each month, your tier matches your gross fare earnings that month. Drove $200 in fares → you pay the $49 tier. Grossed $1,500 → you pay the $159 tier that covers $1,000–$1,999. You never pay a per-ride commission. Tips don't count toward your tier — they're 100% yours and never affect billing.
What if I have a slow week?
Tiers re-evaluate every month against your actual gross. A slow month bills less; a busy month bills more. There's no clawback, no early-termination fee, and no minimum monthly commitment. Cancel any time from inside the app.
How is this cheaper than Uber if I pay $99/mo?
Uber takes ~30% of every fare. On $899 in monthly gross, that's about $270 — vs. our $99. The effective rake on RideAtrium is 19.7% at the bottom tier ceiling and drops to 4.4% by the top of the ladder. Break-even vs. Uber is roughly $163/mo in earnings.
What happens to my riders if I leave?
Export your full rider CSV from Settings → Data. Names, phones, ride history, notes, VIPs — all yours, exportable any time. We're the introducer, not the owner.
