How does the 30-day free trial work?
Sign up — no credit card. You get every feature for 30 days: Fair Fare, your booking page, rider CRM, instant payouts. On day 31 we charge the tier that matches your gross. Cancel any time before then and you owe nothing.
How do the tiers work?
One flat subscription per month, tiered by your gross fare earnings that month. Drove $200 this month → you pay the $49 tier. Grossed $1,500 → you pay the tier that covers $1,500. You never pay a per-ride commission — ever.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Cancel any time during your 30-day trial and you're charged $0. After that, Utah drivers in the DRIVEUTAH cohort get an automatic first-month refund if they hit every guarantee bar but still gross under $500.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. One line item on your statement: the monthly subscription. Stripe Instant Payout charges 1.5% if you use it; standard 2-day ACH payouts are free. Full disclosure at /legal/pricing-disclosure.
